2. Services Provided
Service Points provides repair and maintenance services for home appliances. All services are subject to availability, technician scheduling, and parts availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices provided prior to physical inspection are estimates. A final, transparent quote will be provided after diagnosis. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the repair services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Warranties and Guarantees
We provide a 90-day service warranty on all repairs and replacement parts provided by us. This warranty covers the specific parts replaced and the direct labor associated with them. It does not cover new issues, physical damage, voltage fluctuations, or improper usage of the appliance post-repair.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Service Points, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
